Springbrook Inn Policies
CHECK IN:
3 p.m. – 7 p.m. unless other arrangements are made. No check ins past 9:00pm.
CHECK OUT:
11 a.m.
RATES:
Price is based on Double Occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 2 people per room. Rates are subject to change without Notice. A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends and select holidays. Call for a Saturday only stay.
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to hold your reservation. Or the full amount in the case of making a reservation in the 10 days of your reservation OR a one night reservation. In exchange, we remove your room from all marketing and from our availability calendar.
TAXES:
Michigan State sales tax equal 6% and applies to all guest stays and merchandise. In addition, $3 per night county room tax applies to all stays.
CANCELLATIONS:
When a guest makes a reservation for a stay at the Springbrook Inn, we agree to turn away all other requests for the unit you select and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve. Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict No Refund cancellation policy. We would like a 10 day notice of cancellations.
For all cancellations, regardless of circumstances, there is NO REFUNDS. You are, however, always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. All refunds will be issued in the form of a Springbrook Inn Gift Certificate.
PETS:
For the safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted.
CHILDREN:
Our facility does not accommodate children.
SMOKING / VAPING:
Per Michigan State Law, the Springbrook Inn provides a non-smoking environment for the comfort of our guests. Smoking/Vaping will result in a $100 room cleaning charge.
